For Advertiser Registration, subscriber need to fill the Contact information form at Registration page of our website from his own mobile or need to send us mail with details at urtalents2018@gmail.com. Manually Registration application can also be done by filling the hardcopy form available at our website.
For Agent Registration, Agent need to send us mail with details and give us consent to upload his/ her name at Urtalents Registered Agent page.
Urtalents does not verifying the advertisers. Visitors will contact advertisers at their own risk. Urtalents should not be held responsible for any misuse of website data.
Advertisers should know that Urtalents is a open diary and all the informations are open for everyone. Advertisers are requested to remain cautious while attending inquiries from unknown sources.
Company keeps the right to upload any advertisement without processing charge or extra facility charges for promotional purpose.
Agents/ Employees have to follow the rules & regulations of the company.
Company keeps the right to amend rules & regulations time to time if required & Agents have to follow it also.
Company keeps the right to appoint new agents per area, if the existing Agent unable to fulfill the criteria & targets.
Agent can refer Agents, but registration of New Agents is mandatory.
Company will maintain 50-50 profit sharing with Agents.
Agents have to do some marketing jobs without any interest for company's business promotion. The instruction of which will be given time to time.
Agents need to send the subscriber's data if received manually within 1 hour of receive. In case of any claim and if company finds Agent as defaulter, company keeps the right to cancel the registration without intimation.
If a Agent wants to surrender, he have to return all cash/ cheque/ Data/ Documents/ Identity card etc before surrender. Hiddening of any information or documents is highly punishable. Company keeps the right to take any legal action against the Agent.
Company keeps the right to cancel the agreement if Agents can't comply with terms & targets of the company.
In case of misplacement of documents from Agents side, www.urtalents.com should not be held liable for that. All necessary arrangements will be done by the defaulter.
Agents will not disclose, sell or share any confidential data of advertisers or customers or company to the outsiders. If it found, it will be taken as a criminal offence & immediate legal action will be taken.
On any serious problem company instructing Agents to inform company directs early as possible. Company will try the level best to solve the problem.
Agents have to provide emergency contact numbers of their area (PS, Railway Station, Hospital, 1 day& Night Medical shop, Ambulance, Fire brigade). FREE Registration will be provided on behalf of www.urtalents.com.
